Join us for a Cinco De Mayo Family Fiesta. Mexican faire for dinner and a salsa/ queso challenge! Our main purpose for gathering is to spend one more night in community at Gathering House before we close the doors on June 30th… and open new ones in the community. We can’t wait to reminisce & give gratitude for all the good that has happened at Gathering House these past three years and share with you where we are feeling led. We are preparing for a shift to more wide open spaces with room to grow! We hope you will continue to join us and invite others to this beautiful, wild adventure!

Innkeepers: Women’s Gatherings
Launched in Summer of 2023, the Innkeeper’s Women’s Community at Gathering House has proven to be life giving by offering women in-person community, personal & spiritual growth, and restorative time together. We listen to life stories as a way to connect on a deeper level and take part in creative, non-intimidating contemplative activities. Join us for Session #1 and any of the additional (3) sessions you would like to attend. To protect the intimacy of the group - you must attend Session #1 in order to be part of the additional (3) sessions. Any Innkeeper that has shared her story at any point in time at GH can attend any future Innkeeper’s gatherings she wishes to attend.

Family Celebration at Southern Fresh Farms
Join us for a casual and fun family “after party” at Southern Fresh Farms. Southern Fresh Farms is like minded in mission and graciously offered to host us for a big “family” gathering. Crazy Dingo Brewery is also good friends of DPP and will be brewing the 2nd Annual Elijah & project inspired brews at the farm!
2nd Annual Evening Under the Stars
Please join us for our 2nd Annual Evening Under the Stars Event on November 12, 2021, again being held in November in honor of Elijah’s birthday. It will be a beautiful outdoor evening under the stars at for us to make memories together and support this meaningful project. Tickets can be purchased here.
Gathering House Work Day
We have some volunteers that wanted some hours this month! Join us for laying mulch in the garden, light housework and paint projects.
Gathering House Shop Open
Join us for our FIRST "Friday coffee, mercantile and fresh flowers day”!!!
We plan to have Gathering House open on most Friday’s after this date for people to connect, pick up resources, grab coffee with a colleague, pick out a meaningful gift for a friend, or a thoughtful activity for your family. Rock on the porch with a good book by yourself… whatever you need to restore your soul! Town & Country Flowers will be collaborating with us to create a special arrangement each month also (or more, depending on popularity)… we really just can’t WAIT to see how this is all going to go- we have so many good feelings about it! Flowers are limited, but you can pre-order your flowers here!
Planting/ Work Day
Front gardens need some TLC and we have a plan for beautification! We are working on a butterfly garden with Christian’s Butterfly Nursery on the side of the house and will have a butterfly demonstration as well. More details on this soon!
House Blessing
First things first, let’s bless this house! As we are preparing to open the Gathering House in Downtown Fort Myers, we wanted to take a minute to express our gratitude and ask for God to bless the home, and all who enter and to give us wisdom and discernment in our planning!

Elijah’s House Inaugural Fundraiser
Join us for an evening of family adventure under the stars as we come come together in community to raise funds for Elijah’s House!
We have a beautiful evening planned for you on a private river property in Alva under the stars.
Tickets include BBQ dinner, live music, a bonfire, ax throwing, pony rides, yard games, a dessert truck, two signature craft beers created just for the event, and more!
